Ben Stockman -  CHAIR

Ben Stockman is Principal of NICHEZ LLC, a premier Denver-based creative agency of 15 years. NICHEZ has been successfully building the Foundation's brand on print and digital mediums since 2005. NICHEZ' dedication and loyalty to the mission of the Chanda Plan is steadfast. Ben brings 15 years of branding and communications expertise to the board as the Foundation embarks on a new chapter of growth, impact and awareness in the community.


MEGAN MAHNCKE - VIcE CHAIR

Megan Mahncke has spent the last 12 years working with and for non-profits in the areas of marketing and communication, fundraising, and volunteer management. She combined her master's degree in Conflict Resolution with her passion for connecting people and ideas that led her to a career in communications and development. Megan currently is the Vice President & Regional Director of Marketing & Communications at Saint Joseph Hospital. She has also served in leadership roles at the University of Denver and History Colorado. She is a Colorado native, married to Patrick Mahncke, and they have two little boys, Coleman and Charlie.


Amy Dee - Secretary

Amy currently serves as the Director of Marketing at Accessible Systems, a grass roots local home modification and medical equipment solutions provider. Since 2008, Accessible Systems has been a sponsor at the Chanda Plan Foundation’s annual gala, People To Know and helps thousands of Coloradoans live with independence in the comfort of their home. Amy brings 16 years of medical marketing and business development experience to the board. In her role at Accessible Systems she creates sustainable relationships with local non-profit organizations, industry partners, the VA, state level organizations like Medicaid and therapy departments in rehabilitation hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Her compassion and enthusiasm to help others is magnetic. She is honored to serve the Chanda Plan Foundation.


Jeff Hutcheson - Treasurer

Since 2000, Mr. Hutcheson has managed portfolios and develop liquidity strategies for and with major financial institutions. Along with his business partner, Seth Meyer, Mr. Hutcheson established Access Capital in 2007 which currently operates a consumer-finance company with assets in excess of $100mm. Their company has been a proud supporter of the Chanda Plan Foundation since 2010. Previously, Mr. Hutcheson was Vice President of Portfolio Management for a medium-sized automobile finance company and oversaw financial activities of a loan portfolio in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Hutcheson has an MBA and B.S. Finance from the University of Colorado.


Melissa Winthers - Member

Melissa Winthers practices in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice and has obtained awards ranging from tens of ­thousands of dollars to several million dollars. She was named a Super Lawyer's Rising Star for 2013 and has received the highest ethical and professional rating by national published Martindatle Hubble (AV Rating). Ms. Winthers was invited to join The National Trial Lawyer's top 100 litigation attorneys as well as the American Society of Legal Advocates Top 40 under 40.

She currently serves as the President-Elect of the Brain Injury Alliance of Colorado, the only state-wide organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for survivors of brain injury and serves as the Secretary of The Chanda Plan Foundation which provides access to integrative therapies for people living with disabilities. She also served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.


Ryan Zeiger - Member

Ryan Zeiger is the CEO of Personal Assistance Services Provider of Colorado (PASCO), a long term services and supports home care agency with over 22 years of history serving seniors and people with disabilities in the Front Range. He is also a licensed CNA and regularly provides direct care and services to the clients that PASCO serves. Ryan serves as co-chair for Colorado Long-term Assistance Services Providers (CLASP), an industry group of providers who advocate for consumer choice and consumer direction in long term, community based services through policy and legislative action. He is also a member of Health Care Policy and Financing's Participant Directed Programs Policy Collaborative, a group focused on improving key consumer directed long term services programs in Colorado. As a member, Ryan brings this consumer directed provider perspective to the Workforce, Regulatory, and Care Coordination sub-committees of the governor's Community Living Advisory Group, a group which is focused on redesigning Colorado's long term community based support services to better meet the needs of people with disabilities and seniors. Ryan lives in Denver with his wife Megan and two young boys


Lisa Blandford - Member

Lisa Blandford is a Co-Owner/Strategic Planning & Operations Consultant of Declaration Brewing Company, named “One of the Hottest New Beer Bars in the U.S.” and “10 Hottest Bars in Denver” by zagat.com.

Lisa was employee number 4 in a rapidly growing credit card payments technology and services company, Mercury Payment Systems, spearheading team development, strategic planning and process creation in her 11 year career there.

 Lisa has been involved in the non-profit community as either an employee or volunteer for over 20 years with both communications and fundraising/development experience. She became involved with the Chanda Plan over 4 years ago as a volunteer through Mercury’s community outreach program, Mercury Gives and joined the Chanda Plan Board in April 2014.


Ryan Martorano - MEMBER

Ryan is the Chief Estimator for Hensel Phelps Construction Co.  He has been employed with Hensel Phelps for over 18 years and has over $5 billion in construction experience.  Ryan is a Certified Professional Constructor as designated by the American Institute of Constructors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
 

In 1998 Ryan was in an accident and suffered a spinal cord injury.  As a result, he has a personal understanding regarding the value of integrated healthcare that the Chanda Plan Foundation is providing, which makes being involved a natural fit for Ryan.

Native to Colorado, Ryan enjoys spending his free time with friends and family, woodworking and supporting the local sports teams.
